Lavender Skylines

Breathes of fine crashes tumble in benign

successions mounted below the lava smoked

lavender skies drifted from the Crimsoned lands;

where cold air wrapped it’s fingers around explosions in the sky

and throws its color across the salty shores – across Northern skies –

across and to my sandy shored visions.

Often, such gentle tempers amount in rhythmic

tumbles upon my sand sunken toes

while flattened and halved shells skim past

my house and coffee planted into the sand.

Often, such waves succeed in timed precessions

below skies shaded scarlet and ginger.

Two decades of fire filled skies at the declension of the day,

and today, and till summers end, the sky dressed in a light lilac,

scented and colored in lavenders.

And caverns catch the sea’s mist to the north;

dunes shoot up cattails that breathe in the straying

droplets of sea breezed moisture; and mine

eyes squint sharply at the shining sun –

tearing at the radiance of clouds fluffed to

purple perfection.

And such soft colors – plumped and purple – drift my mind.

I’d draw first blood for the Atlantic –

I’d kill for the silent shore to breathe a gentle song,

a somber whisper to weave through the hairs on my neck,

to wrap around and dance across my check bones and

to resonate it’s tender tones in bounced harmonies

well within my sunken eardrums.

And on this vast shore – unreflective love –

I stand alone; till my image sinks below

the receding

tide;

and till the fiery skyline returns.

Tea

My chest recedes, caving in on itself

My heart as if skips beats in a pause

Or drain’ed all blood from thy plus’ed muscles-

Pulse dripping crimsoned cells throughout

Diffusing my life beneath my lifeless

Veins blued to a false reality of packaged

Skin reflecting tracks buried well within

My mind drifting in an upward dazed fancy of

Desires beyond control – desires I allow to control

As if a heightening herb I have recently puffed.

Though deadened, thou not hardened but

Thou disseminate in repetitiveness

Carried without the break of beats

Once thought so thoroughly so –

And thee float still,

Clouded aroma seeping outward from

Thou permeable bag in tarnished brazen hue

Hazened by a thrust on thee chain of twine

Clasp to an anchor on either side

Replenished to the outer most edge.

And my heart flees – I cannot sense my fingers trust’ed dance;

My thoughts drift westward-

The dreariness of the Angel’ed city

Cover’ed with the weary under smog ridden clouds

In man’s mistakes in a conglomerational

Demise impenetrable to the rays of elation-

Demise of opaque beings amongst opaque overcast:

And the daffodils and the herbs reflect stagnancy;-

Blades of green wilt and crumble to dusty

Demise aside erect’ed concrete projectiles.

But thou tea continues to defuse

Despite my absence – thee darkening

Thickening liquid rising upward into anchors

Draped over whitened porcelain lips

Now slippery, yet wetten’ed beneath

The darkling strand cast out and over

Puddling a diffus’ed succession into

Anchor’ed tabs spreading life outward

The cup confining the liquids hued

By thee – bag of blacken’ed stimulation.

Yet, my dissolving liquids hold me captive

With my mind in realities far above my

Physical self projection in matter sealed in skin-

Society defunct in realization

That I truly exist beyond even the subtlest of touch;-

And my “sole self” lifts onward unto mine truth

Seen as shortened in foresight present-

Forlorn! my heart skips inevitably:

Invitation to grace and prosperity-

I disperse no more – or dispensing still.

My Jubilant Girl

complete and total adoration towards
green leaves regarded perfidious;
believed to cause destruction in the minds
ignorant of deepening inner thought.

ideals rather concentrated in the
turning meniscus – lowly fermenting
into drowsy definitions of the
deathly Tetrahydrocannabinol.

but my eyes – eyes greening with desire,
focused on chromatic chromaticity
of inward budding euphoric sensations
causing oneself to float above the rest.

and i love thee – wisping fumes into air,
puffed in circular sullied clouds of gray.

Screaming into the InterWeb...

For the masses to hear-
for no one to stumble across.

Silently I will scream
into the vast abundance
into the Googling horizon
and into the Cresting Sun.
